The Econo-Merchant contains a simplified single stage exhaust system with washable filter to filter out grease and smoke, and conditioner system to keep corn dry and crisp. The stainless steel construction, single thermostat design and exclusive counter-balance kettle dump system all make this machine very durable, easy to use and maintain. Other standard features include eyelevel lighted rocker switches, cycling pilot light, and manual kettle cover lift. The machine is equipped for an automatic oil pump. The stainless steel top is equipped with backlit sign.
