Particularly designed for fast food and restaurants, this fryer on cabinet with cold zone ( RFE 20 C) is enables you to control and accurately adjust oil and energy consumption.

To fry alternatively different products and to have a better control of oil consumption, the high power fryer RFE 20 C is fitted out with 2 baskets of 10 L each and with a commutator for an independant control of the frying areas.

Safe draining system thanks to a large flow draining cock.
Easy cleaning: the control box and the filtering cover of bulbs are entirely removable.
